Workshop: Trauma Sensitive Approach to Ecotherapy

The trauma-sensitive approach to ecotherapeutic work seeks to understand what trauma is, to recognize the signs and symptoms of trauma in clients and to increase understanding of it's widespread impact. The aim of this workshop is to integrate knowledge about trauma into practices, and to actively avoid re-traumatization in clients. (PLEASE NOTE: The trauma-sensitive approach is NOT about treating trauma.)
